YACHT CHEF ESSENTIALS

The essential foundations for cooking onboard safely, efficiently, and with quality.

  • Organizing the kitchen in confined spaces (Galley Management)
  • Food preservation for long voyages
  • Hygiene, safety, and sustainability regulations
  • Gourmet preparations in technically complex environments
  • Designing personalized menus for owners and guests

  • Planning onboard provisioning

LEVEL 2
YACHT FINE DINING MASTERY

Technical refinement, plating, and management of the dining experience for high-end clientele.

  • Advanced techniques for creative and elegant plating
  • Study of color, texture, and visual harmony
  • Coordination with the crew for flawless service
  • Use of luxury ingredients: truffle, caviar, shellfish
  • Food and wine pairing, including Italian spirits
  • Organizing themed events, brunches, aperitifs, and private dinners
  • Collaboration with sommeliers and guest chefs onboard
  • Developing a culinary identity in line with the yacht’s style

LEVEL 3
VIP IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

An intensive hands-on experience onboard or in an exclusive location, culminating in final certification.

Grace Deagazio is the Ambassador & Nautical Project Director for Love To Italy Academy LLC and the CEO & Founder of Grace Unique Luxury Events. With over 30 years of experience in luxury tourism, international events, and the yachting industry, she is a key figure in promoting Italian excellence worldwide.

An expert in the U.S. nautical market and a strong advocate for Made in Italy, she coordinates the Yacht Chef Training program and leads relationships with shipyards, fleets, academic institutions, and luxury clients. Her mission is to build a real bridge between Italian tradition and international professional opportunities.
