The course of Waiter and Restaurant Manager provides comprehensive training for those who wish to pursue a career in the hospitality and restaurant industry.

During the course, students will learn the fundamental skills of table service, including table setup, dish serving, wine decanting, and attending to customer requests.

Additionally, participants will gain basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including different types of menus, food and wine pairing, and food safety and hygiene standards.

An essential part of the course will focus on managing and organizing restaurant service. Students will learn how to plan and coordinate staff activities, manage reservations, handle customer complaints, and ensure efficient and high-quality service.

The course will also include training sessions on effective communication with customers and techniques for creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in practical simulations and exercises in a simulated restaurant environment to put the acquired skills into practice.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be ready to take on roles of responsibility in the restaurant industry, both as highly skilled waiters and as restaurant managers capable of providing impeccable service and successfully managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
