Sweet and Savory Demo Experience | Live Showcooking & Tasting

Scivoletto is a Sicilian company specialized in the production of premium pastry bases and semi-finished products, designed for food professionals: pastry shops, cafés, restaurants, hotels and catering services.
Shortcrust pastry shells, puff pastry, regional specialties and filled biscuits are made to ensure consistent quality, maximum aesthetic performance and operational efficiency, reducing preparation time without sacrificing an artisanal result.

A demo that allows you to experience the products firsthand, assess their structure and versatility (sweet and savory), and choose the references that best fit your concept.

 

Phase 1 – Company & Product Introduction (15 minutes)

A presentation of Scivoletto and its product range: tart shells, vol-au-vent, cannoli, shortcrust and puff pastry bases.

We will explore the technical, practical and qualitative advantages of each product, with a focus on how they support efficiency, consistency and creativity in professional kitchens.

Phase 2 – Live Technical Demo & Show Cooking (60 minutes)

A live demonstration featuring both sweet and savory preparations.

Participants will see real-time applications including creative fillings, finishing and decoration techniques, and service ideas for pastry shops, catering, restaurants and hotels.

Phase 3 – Guided Tasting (25 minutes)

Tasting of the prepared items with a guided analysis of texture, performance and flavor.

Discussion on pairing ideas, menu applications and potential commercial uses.

Phase 4 – Discussion, Q&A & Feedback Collection (20 minutes)

Open Q&A session with the chef and the brand team.

Deep dive into supply options, customization possibilities, lead times and product testing.

Participants will also be invited to complete a short questionnaire (paper or digital) to share feedback and support future product and market strategies.
