The practical test is evaluated according to the professional standards established by the programme.

Practical Examination: 30 minutes

The original programme consists of six modules followed by a 30-minute practical examination, for a total duration of six hours.

CERTIFICATION

Participants who successfully complete the course and practical examination will receive the:

Italian Hospitality Service Professional Certificate

The certification confirms that the participant has acquired the fundamental skills required to perform professional dining-room service according to contemporary Italian hospitality standards.

During the practical assessment, participants must demonstrate their ability to welcome guests, manage the sequence of service, use suggestive selling techniques, and handle the guest experience in a realistic restaurant-service simulation.
