Francesca Sparvoli – Truffle Expert & Culinary Consultant
Francesca Sparvoli hails from the heart of one of Italy’s most productive and celebrated truffle regions—Le Marche—where she has been honored asAmbassador of the Truffle from Marche in the World.
For the past 13 years, she has been importing fresh truffles and premium truffle products to the U.S. market, supplying top restaurants and distributors nationwide. Partnering with a family of truffle experts spanning three generations in Italy, Francesca has handled approximately 3,500 lbs. of the finest seasonal truffles each year—totaling around 21 tons to date.
Her deep expertise and passion have made her a trusted advisor for chefs and restaurateurs, frequently called upon to train both kitchen staff and front-of-house teams in the art of truffles.
On November 18th, she will lead a full Love to Italy Academy Truffle Masterclass, sharing her knowledge and experience with you. This immersive session will feature real truffles in season—Black Winter, White, and Burgundy—allowing you to study, smell, touch, and appreciate these treasures in all their uniqueness.
